for each project is as unique as each of its clients.
There is, however, a certain blueprint of phases
that each project may follow:

Site
visit phase - Scope of work determined
and client expectations discussed.

Schematic
design phase - One
Source designs your space or meets
with a client's designer or architect.

Proposal
phase - One
Source will prepare a detailed scope
of work proposal with appropriate pricing,
including allowance amounts and any alternative
options discussed.

Permit
application phase - All necessary
construction documentation is filed.

Demolition
phase - Site is cleared for new construction.

Construction
phase - Building on renovation site
begins.

Finish
work phase - The final details that
create an exceptional space are installed,
namely, crown molding, baseboard, trim work,
special decorative finishes and floor treatments.
